Governing the contractual relationship between Prathmic Pathshala, parents, guardians, and students.
- Parental Governance: Minor students (under 18) must have their accounts registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Intellectual Property: All educational comics, videos, Hindi storybooks, and worksheets are proprietary to Prathmic Pathshala and licensed solely for non-commercial personal learning.
- Safe Classroom Charter: Strict zero-tolerance for cyberbullying, inappropriate language, or unauthorized recording during interactive sessions.
- Transparent Commercials: Subscription fees, course access, and trial periods are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Acceptance of Agreement
Welcome to Prathmic Pathshala (referred to herein as “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at prathmicpathshala.com. By browsing our website, opening an account, reading our interactive flipbooks, watching lesson videos, or engaging with educational content, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
2. Minor Eligibility & Verifiable Parental Consent
Prathmic Pathshala is intentionally crafted for primary school learners. In strict alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:
- Parental Registration: Direct registration by individuals below 18 years of age is not permitted. All student profiles must be initiated, authenticated, and supervised by a competent parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
- Parental Responsibility: By creating an account for your child, you represent that you are their lawful parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
- Account Suspension: If we have reasonable cause to believe an account was registered by an unsupervised minor without verifiable parental consent, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access until verified.
3. Intellectual Property & Limited Educational License
All materials provided on the Platform—including but not limited to illustrated storybooks, chalkboard game stages, video lessons, Hindi phonics narrations, character artwork, graphic flipbooks, software code, and sound effects—are the exclusive intellectual property of Prathmic Pathshala or its licensed contributors, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Your License Permissions:
✔ Permitted: You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and read content for non-commercial educational purposes for your household learners.
✖ Prohibited: You may not copy, rip, record, modify, republish, resell, reverse-engineer, broadcast, or feed our proprietary stories and illustrations into generative AI datasets without explicit written permission.
4. Student Conduct & Safe Digital Environment
We are committed to maintaining a nurturing, wholesome, and safe online environment. Users agree never to:
- Engage in cyberbullying, abusive language, hate speech, or harassment of teachers, moderators, or fellow students.
- Post or solicit personally identifiable contact details (phone numbers, addresses, personal social accounts) in public interactive areas.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or automated scraping bots targeting our website servers.
Violations will trigger immediate account suspension and, if appropriate, reporting to statutory child protection authorities under our Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy.
5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
Access to certain interactive modules or full story libraries may require paid enrollment. All transactions are securely processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized payment gateways. All refund inquiries are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability & Academic Disclaimer
Prathmic Pathshala serves as a supplementary educational and storytelling platform. While our pedagogical materials are authored with care, we do not guarantee specific school examination outcomes, competitive ranks, or school admissions. Please review our Academic Disclaimer.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
